Tracey Sanderson is a seasoned healthcare consultant with more than 25 years’ experience across the Australian health sector, spanning clinical, operational, and advisory roles. She is the founder of Veritas Health Consulting, a boutique consultancy that supports health and human service organisations to navigate complexity and deliver sustainable, meaningful outcomes.

Tracey began her career as a nurse, gaining firsthand clinical experience before moving into leadership roles in pathology, diagnostic imaging, and broader health operations. Over the past decade, she has led consulting engagements across governance, service planning, program evaluation, business case development, and organisational change. Her clients include public and private providers, government departments, and national research institutions.
